186 acres of land with the Weber River running through it make up the long standing beauty of this ranch. The vision is to create a premier fishing retreat and legacy ranch. This includes two new residences and a variety of communal gathering spaces focused on accessing the river and working around the established hay meadows, pastures and irrigation pond systems.
