Lodge on the Colorado River

Carpenter Studio was brought in to provide design and planning services for this 1,000 acre ranch along the Colorado River. The team is upgrading the ranch facilities, staff and family housing, and cattle pastures. A new pond is one of the first major improvements to take place on the ranch providing habitat for wildlife, recreation opportunities, underwater geo-thermal pump cooling, and wildfire suppressant needs.
