Ranching facilities, pastures, residences, a pool and spa, and ponds were designed to create an enriched work and lifestyle environment while maintaining the surrounding natural habitat. Working within local grasslands and forests, restorative actions were taken to improve migration paths for wildlife and generate opportunities for human and natural connection.
