Clear Creek is a residential retreat community in the Jefferey Pine Forest East of Lake Tahoe. The proposed neighborhood is placed alongside local golf courses with premier access to the alpine environment. The residences are designed to fit within their sites creating minimal disturbance while enhancing the active connection to the natural setting.
